At Dun Laoghaire Therapy Centre, Linda works with clients who present with a range of difficulties. Using Solution Focused Techniques including Psychotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, GOLD Counselling, NLP, CBT and Gestalt therapies they work together towards identifying, addressing and releasing the underlying issues at the root of so many presenting difficulties.

Linda works with clients presenting with a broad range of concerns including; anger management, panic attacks, fears and phobias, relationship difficulties, pain management, self-esteem issues, stress management, addiction, bullying, abuse, bed-wetting, shame, weight management and of course smoking.

Valuable visualisation and relaxation techniques are also used and supported with a tailor-made c.d. Clients can experience the comfort of the therapy room as their c.d. is made with them while their stress levels are monitored on the Biofeedback monitor. Experience it for yourself and note the change in your stress level as you learn relaxation techniques enabling you to take time out .

In essence each time a client listens to the c.d. they are having a personal session with the therapist and acquiring new skills to support them between sessions and beyond as they introduce the changes they want into their lives.

Linda appreciates that flexibility is part and parcel of today's working life and appointments reflect this. Evening, lunch-time and Saturday appointments are also available.

To enable all to benefit from the flexible timetable it is essential that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.
